Insead Global Risk Registry

The Four Quadrants Global Risk Registry is an open source platform designed to catalogue historical risk events.

Our goal is to establish a risk repository for historians and analysts alike to use as a tool in their research drawing insights from the past or in building solutions for the future.

By sharing your risk events with us here, especially if you have specialized knowledge of risk in your industry, you will become part of the first ever open-sourced risk registry. In return, we’ll share all of the data with you for free.

Input will take 3-10 minutes per event. Please consult our current repository to avoid event repetition

The goal here is to quantify event global (not local) impact: (1) "Minimal" (2) "Minor" (3) "Moderate" (4) "Severe" (5) "Catastrophic." If unsure, leave blank or guess

E.g. The Allies (US, UK, France, Soviet Union) and the Axis Powers (Germany, Japan, Italy) enter prolonged war, resulting in 80+ million of fatalities, numerous massacres, and use nuclear weapons.
